In the course of serving you as an individual client or as someone associated with a corporate or institutional client, GenevaTrust may obtain personal information about you. Obtaining this information is important to our ability to deliver the highest level of service to you, but we also recognize that you expect us to treat this information appropriately. Keeping customer information secure and using it only as our customers would want us to, therefore, is a top priority for all of us at GenevaTrust.

• Application forms you complete and supporting documentation to obtain GenevaTrust services and open banking accounts.
• Your transactions with GenevaTrust and its subsidiaries.

Why We Collect Information

We collect information about you for two important reasons:

• To identify you when you are conducting financial transactions with GenevaTrust to prevent unauthorized individuals from gaining access to your personal and financial information.
• To offer you a comprehensive range of financial services tailored to meet your needs.

What Information We Share

We do not sell your personal information to other companies for their independent marketing purposes.
We may share non-public personal information with non-affiliated third parties contracted on our behalf to perform services necessary for the routine operation of your bank account(s), with anyone to whom we transfer or may transfer our rights and duties under your Customer Agreement or as required by law or regulation.

Except as noted above, we do not share non-public personal information about you with anyone except with your consent.

Other institutions in the GenevaTrust Group of Companies may be used in a service provider capacity. As a result, data may be processed by other GenevaTrust Companies in jurisdictions other than those that the customer resides.

Protecting Your Privacy

• We require that all GenevaTrust employees maintain the confidentiality of your information.

Your right to information

So far as we are aware, this Site is fully compliant with the data protection legislation that is currently in force. You have the right to receive details of the personal information that we maintain about you. Please note that there may be a nominal charge for this service.
