- To identify you when you are conducting financial transactions with GenevaTrust to prevent unauthorized individuals from gaining access to your personal and financial information.
- To offer you a comprehensive range of financial services tailored to meet your needs.
What Information We Share
We do not sell your personal information to other companies for their independent marketing purposes.
We may share non-public personal information with non-affiliated third parties contracted on our behalf to perform services necessary for the routine operation of your bank account(s), with anyone to whom we transfer or may transfer our rights and duties under your Customer Agreement or as required by law or regulation.
Except as noted above, we do not share non-public personal information about you with anyone except with your consent.
Other institutions in the GenevaTrust Group of Companies may be used in a service provider capacity. As a result, data may be processed by other GenevaTrust Companies in jurisdictions other than those that the customer resides.
