Governing Law and Prohibited Jurisdictions

All disputes, controversies or claims arising out of or in connection with the Site, the Information, the Page Disclaimers or the Terms shall be submitted to and be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Anguilla. Money Laundering Prevention

GenevaTrust is required by our internal policies and, amongst others, the Proceeds of Criminal Conduct Act 2000, the Trafficking Offences Act 2000 and the Money Laundering Reporting Authority Act 2000, to maintain systems and training procedures designed to prevent money laundering. These include identification, record keeping and internal reporting procedures.

In addition, the Anti-Money Laundering Regulations 2000 and the Guidance Notes on Anti-Money Laundering Regulations, issued by the Financial Services Commission in Anguilla, requires us to comply with numerous requirements.

GenevaTrust accordingly has a detailed policy on anti-money laundering and a Statement of Policy and Procedures with respect to Money Laundering and Financial Crimes, which cover all the requirements of the Acts and Regulations referred to immediately above.
